Travis Bowman

Stephanie has over twenty years helping small start-up businesses reach 100%+ growth capacity and productivity in the Charlotte, NC area by promoting, marketing, leading, creating and managing teams, and developing processes and systems within the mental health care industry, church ministries, IT consulting services & fundraising companies. She enjoys utilizing her B.S. in Psychology towards contributing to the success of a company through her friendly and stellar customer service. In her spare time, Stephanie is working towards an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

 

Relaxing with friends and family and hosting a great dinner party with good conversation and a bold Cabernet makes her the happiest. She is always ready for a good movie, reality TV binge watching night and a day out with her husband and 2 amazing children.

Faith’s organizational inclinations have been showcased through her background in non-profit organizations, startup companies, and international experience. With this involvement at her fingertips, she wants nothing more than to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and attendees of the company she has the privilege of assisting. She has a B.A. in International Studies with an emphasis in the Principles of Management. She loves working with people, problem solving, and strategic planning, which comes in handy in the customer service field. Her motto is "There are no traffic jams along the extra mile."

When not in the throes of work, Faith enjoys a great cup of coffee and hikes with her husband and dog along the Blue Ridge mountains of NC. She and her husband are also highly involved with their church and are always down for a southern style potluck or intentional conversation.

Elle has been a professional designer since 2011, enjoying an eclectic variety of clients such as celebrity wedding photographers, Fortune 500 companies, a national non-profit serving women healing from domestic violence, mental health practices, churches, authors & more.  She loves the variety of projects she's been able to work on, from inception to completion, appreciating the challenge & wonder of creating something out of nothing, and the perfect pairing of creativity and communication that design and digital art offers.

When not designing, Elle ministers to domestic violence & spiritual abuse survivors through coaching and original creative content on social media platforms. Happily married, with seven adult children & step-children, you can find her traveling any chance she gets, reading, writing, & catching up on Netflix & coffee. 

Michelle is passionate about teaching people how to live healthier lives by getting rid of toxins in their homes through Young Living International, the world’s leader in essential oils, and deeply committed to providing quality education to others about how contaminants of concern (COCs) impact our environment.

She uses her B.S. degree in Communications, and many years of experience in continuing education, event planning and customer service in her main role at EnviroClass, supporting members, so that they have a good experience learning on-demand about the latest technologies in the industry.  

What brings her the most fulfillment in life is traveling with her husband and two sons, leading worship at church and mentoring women. Her motto is, "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care."

Currently a student at UNC Chapel Hill, Rhenna is getting a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Statistics. With experience studying sustainability in the Mediterranean in the south of France, she developed a passion for conservation ecology and green energy. She volunteers with UNC Recycling and Edible Campus; an organization that provides fresh, free-to-take, edible food from gardens around campus. She plans to pursue a global career in sustainable energy after graduation. 

In her down time, she enjoys reading with a warm cup of coffee and trying new international cuisines. She misses her cats dearly while she’s away at university.

Rich Cartwright is a Managing Partner at Cartwright Technology Partners, which delivers “strategic marketing support services” for cutting-edge providers of innovative environmental remediation technology solutions. He has an MBA in Operations & Logistics Management from Indiana University and a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University. Mr. Cartwright is an internationally-recognized motivational platform speaker & trainer on hazardous materials management topics, who has been teaching CHMM Exam Prep Courses for over 30 years. He is a volunteer Global Goodwill Ambassador for the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP) and a recipient of their prestigious “Pete Cook Founders Award” for distinguished lifetime leadership, dedicated service, and professional achievement within the hazardous materials management profession. He is also a “Fellow” of the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM).

For close to 40 years it has been my pleasure to be a part of the Canadian Environmental Industry serving chemists and environmental engineers and other scientists. I have travelled throughout Canada representing companies including  SCP Science, Schlumberger Water Services, Delta Scientific, Ontario Clean Water Agency, Anachemia Science and Caledon Laboratories.
