Dan Pipp is an Environmental Chemist and Direct Image Specialist for Geoprobe Systems who joined the Direct Image research and development team in 2008.Ā Dan has worked on many development projects involving HPT, MIP, NMR and OIP systems and provides technical support as well as Geoprobeā€™s hands-on technical training for HPT, MIP, OIP and NMR systems around the U.S. and internationally.
Prior to Geoprobe he spent 13 years with Matrix Environmental as an Environmental Chemist where he worked on a wide variety of environmental sites providing mobile laboratory analysis, direct sensing, remediation and drilling services. He has also spent 2 years as a chemist for Huntington Laboratories in the mid-1990s performing VOC analysis of water and soil samples by EPA methods 8021 and Minnesota 465F. Mr. Pipp earned a bachelorā€™s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in Water Resources with an emphasis in Water Chemistry.
