On average, our full-day workshops are attended by 50 to 75 decision-makers from environmental consulting firms, government regulators, and PRPs. This is an ideal place to display your products or services to environmental-engineering, geology, and hydrogeology professionals.

In 2025, we’ll be hosting about 25 EnviroWorkshops events in both North America & in Europe. Each hotel location has capacity for 6 to 8 table-top exhibit spaces; an exhibit space is a covered and skirted 6-foot table. Representatives have opportunity to present a brief overview to the full workshop audience from the front of the room, and will receive the registration list for follow-up after the event.

Exhibit space is “first come, first served.” In cases where a company may be a competitor with another sponsor or exhibitor at a workshop, we reserve the right not to assign space. Since EnviroWorkshops events are smaller venues compared to conventional conferences, we take care to ensure that companies have the strongest opportunity for a high return on their exhibit investment.
