Complex Projects and Technical Resources Section Chief
Judy is the Complex Projects and Technical Resources Section Chief in the Remediation and Redevelopment Program at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Since starting her career as a hydrogeologist, Judy has held a variety of positions, including field and management roles at several consulting firms and was president of her own consulting firm. Judy joined the DNR in 2013, where she leads a resource group that provides assistance to consultants and responsible parties in complying with the requirements of NR 700 Wisconsin Administrative Code. The group works to address soil and groundwater contamination, vapor intrusion risk, contaminated sediment remediation and concerns related to emerging contaminants, including PFAS.
