Jesse Rocha is a Regional Manager for Alliance Source Testing. He is an environmental professional with over 29 years of experience conducting and managing performance tests of various sizes and complexities. Jesse’s career began as a stack test technician in 1992 for METCO Environmental and later evolved into project management and business expansion positions. In 2001 he became the Trial Burn Manager for URS Corporation. He managed performance testing for three hazardous waste incinerators built to destroy chemical weapons for the US Army in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. In 2012, he returned to stack testing by becoming the Source Testing Section Manager for URS/AECOM before joining Alliance. Jesse’s current position involves overseeing all operational aspects for Alliance Source Testing’s offices in Dallas, Little Rock, Denver, and Cedar Rapids.
