Connor Hinton is a life scientist in EPA Region 2’s Water Division, within the Drinking Water and Ground Water Protection Section. He serves as the Water Division’s rule lead for the PFAS National Primary Drinking Water Rule, as well as other drinking water regulations. He has a master’s degree in environmental science and policy from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Gettysburg College.
