Sales Engineer

Whit Rawls is a sales engineer for Chase Corp’s Zappa-Stewart brand of superabsorbent polymer (SAP) solidification technology.   Whit’s 19 year career in the environmental industry has been focused on water & wastewater treatment, bioremediation, heavy metals stabilization, and liquid waste solidification.  The first half of Whit’s career was a consulting remediation engineer for several small to large firms, followed by a transition to technical sales of remediation technologies in 2024.    Whit has a BS degree in chemical engineering from North Carolina State University, is a licensed engineer in NC, and has lived in the Raleigh, NC area for the last 25 years.
